ViSalus and Diabetes – No More Insulin?

Barbara Johnson Controls her Diabetes by Eliminating Insulin Injections With Visalus

When Barbara's daughter Stacy introduced her to the Visalus Nutritional Shake to help her with weightloss, she had no idea how much more it would do for her!  Barbara was a Type II Diabetic when she started, and has since completely balanced her blood glucose levels and eliminated insulin injections. Watch this amazing and emotional story and see just how Visalus is making a differnce in the lives of Diabetics everyday! If you haven't heard by now, ViSalus and Diabetes is becoming quite the hot topic.  Diabetics all over the world are joing the 90 Day Challenge and taking back control of their lives.  After taking insulin injections for most of their lives people are now finding an alternative to deal with this metabolic disease by way of ViSalus Sciences!  In 2006 diabetes was listed as the 7th leading cause of death in the United States.  It is now possible to take steps towards eliminating diabetes from your life through controlling your weight and fueling your body with the super nutition available in ViSalus products.  The human body is amazingly resilient and the theory behind this phenomenon is simply this;

If you feed your body right, your body will take care of itself.

This applies not only to the control of diabetes with ViSalus products but also to weightloss.  People who are overweight are more likely to have insulin resistance, because fat interferes with the body's ability to use insulin. Type 2 diabetes usually occurs gradually. Most people with the disease are overweight at the time of diagnosis. So how can you be sure what I'm telling you is true?  Well for starters there are testimonials posted all over the internet about how ViSalus has eliminated insulin injections and I personally have customers who are diabetics and through the use of the Vi-Shake have dropped their insulin injection rates drastically.

Doctor Writes Prescription for Visalus and Diabetes!

Doctor's in Canada are even prescribing ViSalus for diabetics as you can see from the picture below dated from 2011.  There are also several insurance companies who provide health plans that allow for full coverage of ViSalus products which means you can get healthy for free!  Plans are on an individual company basis so you will have to call your provider to determine whether or not you have this option.

If you whould like to get started taking control of your diabetes with visalus just go to the ViSalus order page and follow the instructions or contact me directly via email and I can help you place your order.

How Does the Visalus Nutritional Shake Help With Diabetes?

Well for starters, anytime that you are using a meal replacement, or at least a good one, you will know exactly what you are taking into your body with regards to serving size, amount of calories, carbs, proteins, sugars if any etc.  Very important and usefull information if you are trying to lose weight and especially important for diabetics since diet is is a major factor when managing diabetes.  With a meal replacement such as the Vi-Shake you don't have to weigh your food or look through charts to find and manage content - at least for 1 or 2 meals a day, you can know exactly what you are putting into your body.

4 Diabetic Challenges That The Visalus Shake Addresses

1.  Ability to cut calories and get optimum nutrition while doing so.

2.  Ability to take in fewer calories while keeping energy levels going and boosting metabolism.

3.  Control of body stresses and hunger pains associated with dieting.

4.  Ability to normalize and maintain blood glucose at optimal levels.

If you have diabetes and you can lose even 10 - 15 pounds this will allow you to lower your blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.  Losing this weight in turn will allow you to cut down on the amount of medication you are taking based on body weight and if you are potentially at risk of developing type II diabetes, visalus nutritional shakes can help you address this issue.Say No to Diabetes with ViSalus

I am currently awaiting a Visalus and Diabetes Testimonial from a wonderful lady named Brenda Fitzgerald who is a customer of mine. It should be up in the next few weeks.  Brenda had decided to try the Tranformation Kit and she ordered her 3 month supply so that she could also do the 90 Day Challenge and measure her weight loss progress.  For the longest time Brenda's doctor would not agree to let her take the shakes because he felt her cholesterol and blood pressure needed to drop for her to be safe. (Ironically that's something that the shakes actually accomplish) I don't recommend this to anyone but after nearly 3 months of this from her Doctor, Brenda finally got fed up and decided to take ViSalus against her his recommendation.  She didn't even tell me she was doing this, but one day she came up to me and I barely recognized her!  She lost 30 lbs in 30 days on the shakes and went from 215 to 185 pounds.  She went back to her doctor since and he almost refused to believe her tests and her weightloss.  She has since reduced her insulin injections, has lower blood pressure and the doc has told her whatever she is doing, she best keep doing it!

What is in the Visalus Shake?

The Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake includes a unique, concentrated and highly absorbable blend of proteins called Tri-sorb protein. This shake offers the highest quality whey protein available, whey hydrosolate, along with the whey protein isolate and non GMO (non- genetically modified) soy with the isoflavones removed. The tri-sorb protein is the fastest absorbed and utilized form of protein available on the planet. This protein has been processed to remove fat, lactose, carbohydrates and estrogen producing components (isoflavones) to provide the most pure concentrated protein possible. Along with this there is a whole host of other vitamins and nutrients which have been scientifically balanced to provide exact optimum nutrition.  Click on the thumbnail below for a detailed description of the shake.

Even the American Diabetes Association has agreed that ViSalus Nutritional Shakes and the ViSalus weight loss program can provide many benefits for Diabetics.  Check out the video below for a comprehensive overview of what goes into each and every individual shake.

Update: Visalus and Diabetes Prescriptions Just Keep on Coming!

Another Visalus and Diabetes PrescriptionI recently came across another prescription for a Diabetic from Miramichi, New Brunswick that a friend of mine had posted on his Facebook and I thought it was important to share.  This one is very recent as you can see - 28 March 2012.  The nice thing about this particular prescription is that it was covered by Sunlife in full, and I was able to verify this.  Again, as I said before, you will have to personally check with your own Insurance Provider to see if your plan has coverage for this because they are not all the same.  If you are a Diabetic and you are tired of insulin injections, you might want to give Visalus a try - at the very least it will make you healthier and I have seen Visalus help diabetes so many times in the last year, I sincerely believe in this product.  Note: The Doctor's office and patient name have been removed presumably at the request of the patient.

You have made the right decision to see your nirtutionist. If your nirtutionist is adequately qualified I would be inclined to follow her advice. Yes, I agree that you should not be feeling hungry after you have had what you are allowed. My feeling is that you are continually feeling hungry because you are now having to live with a lower blood sugar than you are used to. Over a period of time I have seen many patients get used to living with lower blood sugar, sedating medications and lower oxygen saturation. I feel you will be able to adjust but it will not happen in the short run. Good luck.I used to manage a psychiatric unit. The motto of the unit was, You have not failed until you stop trying. Good luck and best wishes. Continue to be under the care of professionals. Do not forget your contribution to your well being.

gestational diabetes is glearenly transient, many pregnant women have it when carrying. It is a risk factor but not a given that you will get diabetes after you deliver. With your family history you have to eat the best you can, whole foods, very few empty calories, lots of fiber and more. This kind of commitment can switch off the gene that predisposes you to diabetes. Read more about gene expression which is turning genes on and off through diet choices to fight the ravages of disease. Gene expression is not set in stone at birth
